About Us
The structure of our company, Donatim Makina ve Malzeme Tic AS, was founded in 1947 as a family company. Since then, with over 60 years of experience we are continueing to supply process know how, machinery and bottle filling lines to non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages as well as edible oil sectors in Turkey as distributor and agents.
Turkey’s first fully automatic filler-capper machine
We have taken important place in the development of the wine sector being pioneer in Turkey, by producing cork stoppers in the 60’s. We have supplied the first fully automatic filler capper of Turkey, to Pepsi Cola – Tamek group, the leader of the market, in 1964. We have kept track of the development of the market since then, and still continueing to supply bottling lines up to 50.000 bottles / hour.
In 1970, through our sister company Essan, we started to produce food flavours, under the licence of world well known Bush Boake Allen. After 1990, Donatim has given importance to beverage sector.
Highest filling capacity machines of their times
A complete filling line has been delivered to Kızılay mineral water company, reaching speed of 36.000 bottle / hour in 1993. Developments of the market and technology has always been closely followed. In 1998, a soft drink filling line, reaching a capacity of 50.000 liters / hour has been delivered to Kristal Kola, which has been the highest production capacity on the market at that time.
Turn key projects to Tekel (State Monopoly)
Donatim has supplied turn-key plants to all major companies in Turkey for the production of distilled alcohol of national drink Raki, called Suma, through state-of-the-art technology developed with Italian Engineering company. Donatim has continued and is still succesfully continueing to supply Raki production technology, machines and equipments after privatization of the market.
